Defining your goals

Our first meeting will consist above all in listening to you to better understand your objectives. And your company strategy. 

Submission of a summary for approval

We provide you with a note of a few pages indicating the disposal opportunities that we can consider, as well as a valuation estimate. For a possible cooperation agreement. We highlight the advantage that there may be in identifying foreign buyers, and the additional value that this can generate. We then sign the contract which will govern our intervention.

Delivery of the deck and a teaser 

Our teams put together a teaser document allowing you to make your company known to prospective buyers, as well as a more complete twenty-page "deck" integrating the strategic and financial analysis, which is communicated to them subject to an NDA.

Search for counterparties corresponding to the target. 

We solicit potentially interested companies and introduce them to your company. We arrange appointments with you and key personnel when we detect an opportunity. 

Signature of a term sheet / LOI

We submit and negotiate with you the term sheet with the potential buyer and help you negotiate the terms.

We set up the "data room" with you using our digital tools, and help you deliver all the documents required by the purchaser on time, while ensuring that their confidentiality is respected. 


Networking with our specialist partners.

We put you in touch with our partners specializing in cross-border acquisitions (lawyers, accountants, etc.) for the drafting of the transfer document, and the associated payment guarantees, and assist you in the final negotiation. We remain in the loop until the final settlement of the funds. We assist you in the successful realization of the "earnout" if there is one in the contract.

Most of our compensation is based on the success of your exit.
